2011 No more International Woman's Day - Life in an EMS

No more International Woman's Day and for that matter no more Men's Day, Child's Day, Labor Day, Animal Day, and all other apparently 'special' days that we use to 'celebrate' something/someone in society - because the starting point of feeling the need to celebrate something or someone is to 'make people feel better about themselves' - which basically proves/indicates that they're not already ok.

In fact any form of 'celebration' wherein you get 'special attention' is all from the starting point of realizing that we live in a shit world system, and life is hell, so therefore we apparently need 'celebrations' to occasionally be able to feel good about ourselves and life. If anything those celebration days are only here to distract us from the reality as what is actually going on - it is here to give us the feeling that we 'matter', that we are 'important' to the system/world, when really we're quite insignificant.

So, as long as there are such a thing like 'holidays' and 'celebrations' and 'vacations' and as long as we participate in them - we will not question reality, we will not question the fact that life is pretty shitty because we work day in and day out for a system that can spit us out at any moment, we suffer from stress, depression, fear, anxiety, uncertainty and a lack of self esteem.
Though as long as we have these brief moments of 'fun' as exiting events like holidays, celebrations, and vacations to look forward to, we're not seeing what is currently here as the actual reality/situation that we find ourselves in, as we are only thinking about the future as what 'lies in store for us', when we can finally 'relax' and 'take a breather'.

Instead of realizing that this is actually not normal - the need for holidays and celebrations as 'momentary relaxing' is in fact not normal, because we should be relaxed 24/7 - life should be a celebration in every moment, because life is a present, a gift, not a prison camp.
The Capitalist system is in fact like a prison camp because it is entirely based on the principle of 'fighting for survival' wherein each one is actually on their own to make sure that they can survive, which then requires working every day, just to get that pay check - and the capitalist system as employers and companies as those who are truly benefiting from the current way of the world use the 'days of celebration' and 'holidays' to make sure that people don't actually notice what is going on, so that we don't notice that our lives look like that of slaves and we are living a slave's life.

In an Equal Money system, every day will be a celebration - because the EMS is community based instead of ego-based, this means that the EMS's primary objective is to not leave people to die and starve if they can't find a job, but to rather make life as enjoyable and fun for all as possible - so no more unnecessary labor for the sake of 'having a job and a pay check'. Each and every day will be 'day of the woman' and of the man, child, animal and earth - because that is really the only thing that actually matters, all life here, and the money system is completely secondary.

So another point that is unacceptable about the current existence of 'day of the woman', is that apparently the 'woman' gets one day in an entire year wherein they are apparently 'valued', which is completely crazy - why haven't we considered asking ourselves how it is possible that we as living beings are not valued in the system every day, because we are here, breathing, living - whereas 'the system' is but an idea kept 'alive' by human beings' participation in it.

2011 No more Gangs - Life in an Equal Money System

No more Gangs as means through which human beings from a very young age exert their anger that exist within themselves unto others in an organized way.
No more gangs as the cultivation of hate that is all based on the 'fight for survival' that the current monetary system is based upon.

Gangs are formed due to the principle of 'we have to stick together in a group to survive in this dog eat dog world' - the Gang is like a 'family' as a group of beings that come together and stick together in their fight for survival in a world that is a war zone, wherein every being only thinks about their own personal survival and the survival of their own personal 'gang' as 'family' as their group of 'support' in this world.

The 'socially accepted' form of 'gangs' is the families in which each being is born into - as this is also a group that sticks to certain 'rules of conduct', beliefs, ideas and rituals wherein the beings in the family can separate themselves from 'the rest of the world' because apparently 'we belong together' and we constantly and continuously show this to each other and the world through these set ways of speaking, walking and behaving that are based on similar shared belief systems.

The 'biological family', like the 'gang family', is only a survival method in this world as the capitalist system, that is all created out of fear of not surviving - so we stick together in groups of 'families' that are personal support systems that we may use to defend and protect our personal wealth - these 'ties' within the family that apparently 'justify' this behavior is the bloodlines. We give value to these 'bloodlines' as if the fact that our genetic codes look alike is a reason for why we are 'connected' - this idea of being 'connected in a special way' to our family members through genetics as bloodlines, is actually only an idea that exist due to the way our money system operates, because our money system forces us to look for support in our survival and so it forces us to create 'relationships' and 'ties' that are completely based on competition in our 'fight for survival' in this world.

This construct of families that look more like gangs - that are willing to destroy others that dare threaten our existence and that only care about the wealth in the family, wherein this type of family construct is the very cause and core of the existence of 'famine' in this world, as we do not care at all about any other living being in the world except for our own family with which we are apparently 'connected in a special way' as the only people who seem to be of any importance.
This will not exist anymore in an Equal Money System - as we will no longer experience the 'fear of not surviving' and so we will no longer feel the need to have 'special connections and ties' to 'family-members' - we will for the first time in the existence of man consider 'life on earth' as 'our family' and we will realize that in fact what is best for all life on earth is inevitably what is best for me, because i am a 'member of earth' and in fact not just a 'member of my family as a small group of people'.

What we've always missed is the point of realizing that our family is in fact also on earth, so it is not our little family group that is the most important, actually the most important is earth and all living beings as without earth my family wouldn't even exist. So in an EMS we will end famine because 'family' will not be about personal survival anymore - the word 'family' will get an entire different meaning as 'survival' will not even exist anymore, we will learn to see every living being on earth as 'my family', as 'my responsibility'.

Gangs, as the result and product of the lack of real support in the current money system, will thus also cease to exist in an EMS because they have no purpose what so ever besides teaching beings to fight others and win, as what is currently needed to survive and what is basically promoted by capitalism: 'be the winner' 'compete with others' 'beat others' 'leave another to die so that you may live', etcetera.

2011 Stopping Human Evolution - Equal Money System

"Before the end of this century, excessive mining will have exhausted nearly all the planets' reserves" (Quote taken from the movie 'Home')

The movie 'Home' shows us the absolute parasitic nature of the human being, its obsessive compulsive need and desire to consume more than its planet can handle - even when this behavior is not at all necessary because the human doesn't actually need all the stuff that it takes from the earth - it is all spawn from the inherent 'Greed' that clearly exist within the human being

and not only do we seem to have a complete disregard for our planet (our 'home'), but also for each other - as we for example don't stop and think about the generations of humans that will come after us and that are going to be left with a big mess and very few resources left to actually survive, because the previous generation was on a 'consuming-spree'. there is not really a need to blame ourselves for this though, no need to feel bad about ourselves.

what is much more important/imperative is that we stop and look at ourselves and ask ourselves the question 'How come we have never stopped ourselves?' 'How come that, in spite of us knowing all along that we are destroying the earth and eventually it will turn on us, and we are destroying ourselves and each other, we did not stop?'

Every generation is seeing things getting worse in the world, though because we were thinking/hoping that ‘the shit will not hit our fan’, we did not stop it because we didn’t feel the need to. We assumed that 'I' will eventually die and the shit of this world that I could not/did not stop will be passed on to the next generation – and I will be gone so it won’t be my problem what happens to this world of humans, I’ll just be glad to be out of it.

And now – the shit is hitting the fan – in OUR time, OUR age, it is HERE – the impending doom of humanity, which is us. And though we may not believe it, as though it is but a mirage, a dream, it is not really happening to us – we must stop this here and now.

We must now do what we as the human race was not willing to do for 200.000 years – we must stop and change our ways.

What seems to be the reason that in the midst of our self created storm we are not stopping – is that we are waiting to be destroyed, because in fact we believe that we are unable to stop ourselves, we believe that we are unable to change – because of 200.000 years of ‘human evolution’, how can we – but one generation – stop human evolution?

It may seem unimaginable/impossible/incredible to accept that the human was never truly evolving in the first place – it was devolving. And the ever growing societies as the apparent pinnacle of our supposed ‘great’/superior evolution is but a picture/an image that serves to hide the actual destruction that has built it.

Our starting point of ‘evolution’ was never one of LIFE – it was one of selfishness – only focusing on the HUMAN SURVIVAL - not ever actually considering/seeing the human being as a part of the ecologically balanced system of the earth, wherein it is in fact not superior or ‘better than’ at all – but equally HERE with all other life forms that make up this planet – our home. So, from this starting point of selfishness – how could we ever have evolved?

How is it that we never realized/saw ourselves as a part of reality, a part of life – as what we actually are? How did we get so lost into this fantasy of apparent ‘superiority’ of the human?

And most importantly, why don’t we stop – realize ourselves – forgive ourselves and start anew? Even now – at the brink of our self imposed extinction, wherein we will take all life with us, we don’t even stop. We still seem to find fantasy worlds/alternate realities to apparently escape into – fantasies as reasons and justifications for why we apparently don’t have to change.

Like the hope/expectation that the shit will not hit our fan – hopefully I will die before things get really bad. So we’re basically waiting for death to release us from our self created hell – instead of realizing our power and standing up and changing ourselves and this world.

Within an Equal Money System, we will abandon all hope, give up all fantasies, dreams and ideals – we will in fact stand up HERE, within and as this moment as the living statement of ‘till here and no further’. We will wait no longer as it is unacceptable to expect death to ‘release’ us from this hellish experience of life on earth – because we are the creators of this world, and therefore we can change it, we have to change it. We stop – forgive ourselves – stand up and change, because we can and because we are HERE.

Join us at www.equalmoney.org to investigate what the Equal Money System is all about.

2011 The design of desire

Desire is an experience that all humans have within themselves, yet we each individually identify ourselves with our 'own' desires and we judge ourselves for participating in particular desires. What's interesting about desire is that we all have it, it is like a system that is prone to the human mind, the 'human condition'. So, therefore, it is a specific design, that is part of the mind, that is also a design (because we all experience thoughts, feelings and emotions therefore this is a specific design because every human being has it, as how the human was created according to the 'design' of the human being)

The point is to realize that desire is but a part of the human condition, however, this human condition as a designed system, is not who i truly am, it is just a system, neither bad nor good, but just a system and i am not a system, i am life. So, do not react, do not judge when you notice that you have allowed yourself to be directed by a desire, because by not reacting you are making a statement for yourself that 'yes, i have participated in desire, however i realize that this is not who i am, so it doesn't mean anything'.

By allowing yourself to react with judgements and guild and shame to yourself after you acted out the desire, then you are stating 'yes, i am but a victim of the human condition, i am but a designed system that is weak and easily directed by an (apparent) outside source'. And because you make this statement within yourself of yourself, you are in this setting yourself up for another fall, wherein you will, again, experience yourself as 'weak' and 'powerless' because of how you look down on yourself by judging yourself. this self judgement is a form of self punishment, based on the belief that desire is 'bad'.

When we would look self honestly at this belief, doesn't it remind us of religion? Where it is Satan who will lead humanity into temptations and it is the 'duty' of the human being to 'do the right thing/be good' by resisting the temptations and then they will be accepted by God. Though they may deny it, subconsciously this belief exist even in the biggest atheists. Because this is what we humans do, we fight our desires, we judge them, we judge ourselves as 'weak' and we feel bad about ourselves when we participate in it. So, though we may not yet be aware of it, the Bible and its message actually forms a big part of the 'basic workings' of the human mind. For example it forms the way we (subconsciously) look at and react to the word 'desire', believing it to be something 'bad', thus subconsciously resisting the desires that exist within ourselves.

However, it is interesting that, on the other hand, we also seem to believe that desire is what makes us human. The fact that we 'want/need/desire' is what we call 'life/living/being alive'. What this states in relation to the whole bible-experience, is that we actually see ourselves as 'unworthy beings', that will never truly be accepted by God (=the universe, the All, Allah, nature, the Eternal,...), because we have been tempted by Satan and we continuously allow ourselves to be tempted by desire (=Satan), thus we are 'weak' and actually not worthy of the 'Kingdom of Heaven' , left here to spend our days within the 'human experience' that is hell, wherein we live consumed by guilt, regret and self judgement (=self punishment).

Even those claiming to 'not believe in God', believe this on a subconscious level. They believe themselves to be the victim of desire just like any God-fanatic. We all believe ourselves to be the victims of this reality, the victims of our own desires, as if they were in fact Satan luring us, tempting us, pulling us, with us fighting, resisting, running, though eventually giving up/in.

But what we re not aware of, is that it is the very act of judging the desires, seeing them as 'Satan/bad', that makes it so difficult for us to not participate in them and that makes it so easy for us to fall. And we do 'fall', time and time again. because reacting to something by for example judging it, makes that something look more important and more powerful than it actually is. By reacting to something, you give it attention, thus you give it 'life', you bring it into existence. So by even just thinking that desire exist and is able to 'take you over', you are actually in fact creating desire by giving it attention through thought. In this we are God, we are our own God, creating everything in creation through thoughts, reactions and feelings.

You are your own Satan, tempting and seducing yourself, because you are not willing to embrace desire as yourself, as your own design. You are not willing to embrace Satan as yourself. though as long as we re not willing to embrace Satan, we will never get to embrace God, that is also ourselves.

2011 the illusion of comparison

in my life i've extensively been comparing myself with other people. i ve always looked at other people living their lives, often wondering 'why can't i be like that? Why isn't my life 'perfect' like theirs? Why aren't i having fun like they are?'. i saw all of the things that they had and i did not, like a relationship, lots of friends, a charismatic and charming personality, social skills, spontaneity, good looks, and i asked 'why?!' to god or whoever was responsible for my apparent 'shit' experience within my life, 'why is life so unfair?' i asked.

within this process of realising myself as life thru self forgiveness and self honesty i was doing exactly the same thing: comparing myself with the other beings in process and seeing all the things that they seem to do 'better' or 'faster' than me. i was looking at their process and their 'skills' and applications and often it made me feel lost and doubtful about my own application. which is basically what i ve been experiencing my entire life.

and then i wake up one day, finding myself in a job that i dont like but have to do, afraid of the world, locking myself up in my home, afraid of people and myself, feeling lonely and feeling as though i have no capabilities and have absolutely no practical skills in this reality. obviously my first reaction is to look at other people and go 'why can't i be like that? Why can't my life work out like that? Why, why, why...'. but then, while applying self forgiveness on this point of feeling inferior and lost and incapable, i realised an eye-opening point, i realised that all i ve been doing my whole life is looking at other people's lives. i ve never been aware within the steps i made within my life that led me to whare i stand at this moment because i was too busy minding my bussiness with other people's steps.

and within this comparing myself, i'm actually keeping myself from even noticing my own life and what is happening to it and what i am doing. i m not noticing that these moments wherein i could be taking my life into my own hands and actually 'make it work' by being aware of the moment and the consequences of the steps that i am taking in the moment, what i m actually doing is blindly following someone else who is now apparently taking responsability for my life so that i can spend all of my time comparing myself and my life that is passing me by to other people's lives, feeling sorry for myself, not realising that this is how i am actually creating the 'mess' that is my life, that i then compare to someone else's life, like a vicious circle.

i can apparently use this 'comparing myself to others' as an excuse for not taking responsability for my life, because as long as i m looking at someone else, i m not looking at and seeing myself, thus not seeing my responsability towards myself as my life in every moment of breath.
Anu told me 'Kim, you do realise that you are alone in this process?' and at that moment i didn't understand what he said, but now i see it.
i am completely alone responsible for every step that i take, every breath that i breathe, because what i do in each moment here has a consequence that will manifest as my life in the future that will also be a moment here. comparing myself will not assist or support me at all, it will only keep me trapped within the feeling and the belief that i am incapable and inferior and lost, and within that creating a 'fucked up' experience for myself within and as my life.

it is something that is 'hard to believe' or fathom because i ve lived my entire life believing that this experience of life as me apparently existing within a group of people, apparently not alone and apparently not responsible for how i experience myself, was real. this belief was the entirety of my mind, my personality, my identity, the one thing that kept me from ever realising who i am as HERE, as ALONE, as the directive principle of life. how could i have been living this lie for so long? How could this life that i've been living, being convinced that this is 'the way it is' and that this is 'who i am' and 'what reality is', have been just a lie? that's not possible. it's a hard thing to face.

2011 a world war in the making

my whole life i ve been living 'the good life', and within process, its easy to judge myself and to judge my life.
but this is not what process really mean, what process really mean is letting go of that 'good life', wherein i spend my days in and as my mind, surrounded by good people, doing good things, feeling happy and having fun.

lets say a third world will happen soon, a greater war than anything this world has ever face, and it will. so much death and destruction that will inevitably mean the end of my good life, the end of fun, the end of being happy, the end of my perfect family, my perfect environment of birthday parties, watching the latest movies, wearing the latest fashion, going out with friends, laughing, being loved and cared for by my parents...

fear will destroy this all, our shared fear of dying, reality will become a really bad place, all those things that i ve been participating in as if it will be and remain like this for ever and ever, and as if it has always been this way, will come to a brutal end, and i will not believe it, the disbelief of what is happening to me will be painful because i ve allowed myself to create a world of goodness and happiness and justness and niceness as if those things are an actual given in this world, given by god for me to live out this special life wherein i can feel special.

but lets take a look at history, life here in belgium or anywhere in the world has certainly not always been like this. quite the contrary, only the last seventy years or so, which isnt even as long as i m probably going to live. there's been WW1 and then WW2, many people died and suffered. my own great grandparents lost their home in a bombing, there was nearly enough food to survive on. my great grandfather was sent to concentration camps, his family and all that he loved and knew, all that was good to him and made him feel good, had been taken away from him--this is what a war does. and imagine, the last war has ended only half a decade ago. so how is it that i can just live this life within complete ignorance and blindness of this point, how can i live this life believing that what is happening in this physical reality at this moment as how life has simply been for me since the moment i was born, is really all there is and all there has ever been?

this point would cause me to, when in fact faced with war, feel completely lost and abandoned, asking 'why?!!' to god or whoever would listen because i never saw it coming because i wouldn't see the reality of this actually having a big chance of happening to me within my lifetime--if i would just take a good look at history.

the way i ve always been living my life is as though there never was war, as if there never was slavery and concentration camps, and as if there isn't abuse in this world going on at the very moment that i am here breathing, living my life, because i can even see it in the news, on television, people talk about it, but still i just cannot see that this is the reality that i live in--and war is inevitable when taking a look at history. somehow we human beings think and believe that we ve apparently evolved beyond that, beyond the point of war because we ve been thru it and we vowed to never have to go thru it again. somehow we ve become more loving, this is a belief shared by especially the new age and spiritual people who profess love, as if love has saved the world, love has changed and will change people and therefore there will be no more bad things such as war, it will not happen to us, because we are loving.

this is however just a belief, the belief of 'war will not happen to me because i am loving and good', but a belief is just an excuse to not look at the stone cold reality of this world, the reality that exist beyond me and my happy, fun, loving life, the reality that strangely enough i am a part of, the reality that is of 'human beings', human beings as a collective, as a whole. human beings that have shaped this world since the beginning, human beings as what we read in our history books, that s human beings, and we are those human beings still today, a collective that moves according to the 'human nature'. and the human nature is what can be seen in history books. the human nature is what can be seen within myself, only me, if i take me out of the equation for a moment, if i have a look at myself i see that the nature of myself as a human being is that i define myself according to my past, according to my memories, things that i ve done and things that have happened to me. and it s a funny thing that, if i look self honestly, then i can clearly see that i ve never actually learned from my own 'mistakes', it s more like my mistakes haunt me, they make me feel so bad about myself that its even more likely that i ll make them again believing this to be my nature. i have not forgiven my mistakes, i have not forgiven my past at all. so if i take this my nature within the equation of this entire reality of human beings again, and we look at the memory of the collective human being, being aware now of the nature of self as me as a human being wherein i define myself according to my mistakes rather than learning from them then i can predict that, as it is in my own life, our future will in fact be worse than our past.

because we have not evolved, we have not over night turned into loving beings that all of a sudden are not going to create war. in spite of what people apparently think, evolving as a being actually takes work and effort, the first step in evolving as a being is that you become aware of yourself, of your past and of what you are doing to yourself in your own world, which is that you are not learning from your mistakes, but you are in fact taking the mistakes that you ve made in your life as an example of who you are because you do not and have never forgiven yourself for it. we human beings have not even reached this first step of self awareness.

we cannot change what we ve created which is this reality of self destruction, at the moment spiralling down towards a third world war, if we do not forgive ourselves within our own lives, each being for themselves. because here s something that those light workers that believe that love will save us all and that love will fix the world into a better place, must understand: there's nothing that will magically save us from our own nature, the destructive nature of man, because it is the human collective that shape this world as it always has. if anything, the whole spirituality/new age scene has been created by humans as an ultimate way to not face the actuality of the fucked up-ness of this age of man that is currently playing out, because the reality at this moment in human evolution has gotten so self destructive that its hard to watch. so then as sort of a desperate measure that is the ultimate statement of self destruction, we go on and create an 'alternative reality' of love and light that cover up the real reality of pain and destruction. this is the ultimate statement of self destruction because at this point we will even choose to not stand and watch our own creation, we make a decision to litteraly cover our eyes, blind them with light, so we cannot even see what is happening and what is inevitably going to happen in this physical reality. we made the decision that our nature is so fucked up that we cannot stand it and so instead of standing up and practically fixing it, instead of fixing ourselves as the creators of this mess, we will see it as an already lost cause so why not lose ourselves in an alternate reality as love and light, because we re lost anyway. within this point of having created spirituality as love and light, something that is spreading among human beings, we ve fucked ourselves eternally.

so what is it that made it so easy for me to live a life within this physical human reality without any awareness of the human nature, without any awareness of how my life has been created? my life being all the things i participate in, all the things that i define myself to, all the things that i apparently cannot do without, like the love of my parents, family and friends, the good feelings that i feel doing the things i like in this reality, in which i can have fun with the people i love and that love me. this is all those things that will leave me hurting and suffering, lost and desperate if they were taken away from me. my entire life , the reason that i can feel good doing what i do within reality, is specific, it is because i am in a certain situation of money, determined by my specific placement within this reality that is determined by the randomness of birth. my entire situation from the moment i was born within this physical human reality, has been randomly decided. so based on the principle of randomness that decide where a being is born, in what family, what country, what status, what name, what color, etc... i could have been anyone because i could have been born into a completely different situation, having become a completely different person/personality, defined by different things and people, loving/needing different people that i can apparently not do without in my world.

and this principle of randomness in itself that has decided my entire life as how i experience it at this very moment, as who i believe myself to be, is something that connects me to reality in its entirety because it shows me that all of what i know and am at this moment has been given to me, so why could it not just be taken away from me. and the same principle goes for every being in reality, in this point we are equal and one.
so, back to why i could never see this point and live within and as the realization of this point: when i look around me i can see that my parents, family, friends and pretty much everyone in my environment lives within the exact same ignorance as the ignorance that i ve discovered within myself within the process of becoming self honest. it s as though these people have collectively created a little world that support ignorance and blindness towards the bigger reality of the human being in total, and it's interesting to notice that this self created world of ignorance stretches from the world of my direct environment, to my town, city, country, where the country i live in seems to be a bubble that we've created that supports ignorance towards the rest of the world. its as though the more i look beyond my own direct environment, i m always in a new bubble of protecting self against the rest of reality, a bubble that support my ignorance, it s fascinating.

i ve been brought up within this world of ignorance as the mind as an alternative reality that is based completely upon turning a blind eye towards reality as the human nature, the mind that disable us within seeing the human reality as what it really is, it disable us within actually learning from our own and our collective mistakes because it places us within a bubble, a bubble within our own head that is only the example for the bubble that we exist in as our direct environment and then the one beyond that and the one beyond that, and these 'external bubbles' only support our 'internal bubble', thus we remain stuck in a vicious circle keeping ourselves from ever being able to 'burst the bubble'.
